A management system for salons: schedule, sales and finances in one place, in each brand’s own look.

The problem

When a salon’s routine is split between a notebook, a spreadsheet and WhatsApp chats, it is hard to know what came in, what went out and who is coming tomorrow.

What I built

A web system where the team records every sale and every expense, organises the schedule and follows the month’s result. The look is fully customisable: each salon sets its theme, colours and logo, and the whole system takes on the brand.

A look of its own: A light, dark or bold theme, four colours and the brand’s logo. All of it is set inside the system, with no developer.
One cart per sale: Services and products go into the same sale, with the payment method.
Schedule: A booking calendar that follows the shop’s opening hours.
Proposal by link: The salon sends the client a public link with the proposed appointment.
Monthly finances: Income, expenses and balance gathered on one dashboard.
Several shops: A company runs one or more shops in the same system.
